Our disposable cat litter box is made from waterproof-coated corrugated paper, recycled pulp, thickened paperboard, and biodegradable composite paper. The surface can be finished with a PE waterproof matte film to help prevent leakage, stains, and litter adhesion. The product is available in foldable or one-piece molded structures for quick setup and easy storage. Its double-layer or triple-layer reinforced design provides better scratch resistance and helps the box maintain its shape during use. With IPX7-level waterproof protection, it helps reduce side leakage and odor buildup. Optional litter-trapping pedals and hollow-out structures can also be added to minimize litter tracking. Designed for convenience, hygiene, and portability, the box requires no cleaning and can be disposed of after use. It folds down to only 2–3 cm, making it suitable for travel, camping, pet boarding, quarantine, moving, and other temporary-use scenarios. Eco-friendly, formaldehyde-free, and naturally degradable options are available. Some models can also be supplied pre-filled with cat litter for immediate use after opening.
